The parent has many positions to choose from when carrying baby as well including the cradle hold, which is most suitable for newborns, as well as carrying them in front, either inward or outward facing. Because the sling is made from two pieces of fabric that criss-cross in the front and back, the baby’s weight is evenly distributed so that it does not strain the shoulders or back.
